1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and winpg ("winpg," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winpg.one and its associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the winpg platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winpg platform. winpg reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the winpg platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of winpg, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the winpg platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

winpg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by winpg may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the winpg platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpg account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify winpg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

winpg shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have notified winpg of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

winpg supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Prohibited payment methods: winpg strictly does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 per transaction, subject to change at winpg's discretion with prior notice.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC). winpg reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your winpg account dashboard. winpg reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.

winpg does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which winpg bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

winpg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• winpg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to player accounts will be honored subject to their applicable terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• winpg reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Players who have opted into the self-exclusion program are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during their exclusion period.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winpg platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. winpg's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories.

• Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before wagering.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the winpg server records, the server records shall be the definitive and authoritative record of all game outcomes and transactions.
• winpg reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption has materially affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winpg platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the winpg platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winpg staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the winpg platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of winpg or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winpg platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any winpg content without prior written authorization from winpg.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winpg, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the winpg platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond winpg's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data, provided winpg has implemented reasonable security measures.

winpg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The winpg platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winpg makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Responsible Gaming

winpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the winpg platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

winpg strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in compliance with Philippine law. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed.

11. Suspension & Termination

winpg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, winpg reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. winpg operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the winpg platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting winpg support at [email protected]. winpg will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

winpg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winpg will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the winpg platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
